Cisco WebEx Solutions Design and Implementation Specialist (WDIS) (Certification)

Review and enforce the system architecture of WebEx conferencing software as a service (SaaS) and hybrid deployment models, and how those components integrate into an enterprise network. Individuals who attain this certification will be instructed on how to design and implement Cisco WebEx Conferencing solutions, Cisco Presence, and Cisco Jabber for appropriate use by small, midsize, and large enterprise customers. Students also learn how to administer first-level customer support, and end-user and platform settings.
