Course Overview
Requirements are generated differently in agile way of working. We manage Portfolio’s with Epics, refine these Epics in Features, organizing the capabilities of the solution and last, we break these down into user stories. Next to writing good user stories it is important to Identify the right Epics and break these down in features. We organize Value and priority and learn to manage them throughout the teams and the kanban’s. How do we communicate the right information in Epics and Features.
