Course Overview
Scrum introduced a backlog for managing all the requirements and the work for the team and or teams. The Product backlog introduces new techniques for managing the requirements. The Sprint backlog introduces new ways to manage the work. Generally, teams use user stories for requirements and put them in the product backlog. Next to the development work the sprint backlog can hold work for maintenance, incidents and problems. This course will teach participant to use a backlog and how to combine the different types of work in the backlog and manage them transparently.
