Srinath Ramakrishnan

SPC | ICF Accredited Coach

Srinath is Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer with Transformation and Change Management expertise and an ICF accredited coach who leverages professional coaching skills in Agile. He has over 25 years of IT experience in Software Development, Program management and Delivery Management and Knowledge and application of multiple Agile and Scaling frameworks. He has extensive experience in working with leadership to foster alignment and collaboration to achieve desired transformation outcomes. He conducted training sessions on SAFe and Agile for Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and team members in Scrum and Kanban.

Sriram Mohan

Sriram has 20+ years of experience in enterprise-wide digital transformation, Agile coaching and training and implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in large banking corporations. He has deep business and IT change management experience having enabled large scale Agile and SAFe transformations, coaching leaders into their Agile leadership roles, collaborating with HR for aligning new career pathways and performance management systems. He loves to teach and share his practical experience. He has facilitated over 50 SAFe certification classes for participants in Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. The common feedback received from his participants is that Sriram is enthusiastic, explains with practical examples, provides full support and keeps the class interactive and engaged throughout.

Klaus Stephan

SPC | RTE | PMP | ITIL Expert | Scrum Master

Klaus is an experienced SAFe® Trainer and Consultant with full SAFe® Trainer enablement for all 13 courses. He has 15+ years of experience in consulting and coaching in Agile transformation, Digital transformation, Industry 4.0 and AI. He delivers 80+ SAFe® trainings a year with close to 100% exam success rate first try and close to 100% satisfaction rate. He teaches learners from various industrial sectors: IT, Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Pharmaceutic, Transport, Logistics, Utilities, Consulting, Universities and Wholesale. Klaus is also a lecturer for SAFe® at several universities and founder of the Institute for Strategy and Applied Project Management.

Bernhard Stücker

SPC | PMP

Bernhard is an experienced SAFe® Trainer and Consultant, SPC and PMP. He has a trainer enablement for SP, SSM, SASM, POPM and SA. Bernhard has 20+ years of experience in coaching and consulting including very large enterprises in the telecommunications, automotive and IT sectors. He delivers 30+ SAFe® trainings per year with excellent exam success and satisfaction rates.

Alexander Stephan

Alexander is a SAFe® Practice Consultant and Trainer. He is Board member of German Association for Engineering and Management (VWI e.V.) and Speaker of the Free State of Thuringia group of VWI e.V.. Alexander has working experience as Sales Management MAN Austria and as Sales Management BRABUS.

Phalguna Ramaraju

SPC | AKT | Enterprise Lean-Agile Coach

Phalguna is a SAFe® Practice Consultant and Trainer. He has 30+ years experience of coaching and enterprise-wide coaching. More than 1450 delivered SAFe® trainings show his passion for Agile & developing people. Phalguna has also experience in Lean, Kanban, Scrum, XP and DevOps.

Carsten Greve

SPC | RTE | ITIL Expert | Architect

After studying business informatics, Carsten Greve has more than 25 years of experience in the IT project and experience in the IT project and consulting business, particularly in software and service development.

His current focus is on organizational and agile transformation with a focus on scaled agility and IT service management. As a certified SAFe Practice Consultant, he has extensive expertise in the introduction and operational implementation of ITSM in conjunction with agile methods and in the optimization of the corresponding processes and workflows.

Dirk Jäger

SPC | PSP I | PSPO I

Dirk is an experienced Agile Coach and Transformation Agent, working in this role as a SAFe SPC. With over 12 years of experience in agile transformation and consulting, he helps companies optimize their ways of working and implement agile methods. As a certified SAFe SPC, PSP I and PSPO I, he brings extensive expertise in scaling agility at all levels and has conducted numerous class delivery enablements for SAFe.

Dirk regularly trains on topics such as Leading SAFe, Professional Scrum Master / Product Owner and Agile Requirements Engineering and develops customized training courses for his clients. It is particularly important to him to convey an agile mindset to the participants and to establish working methods that integrate both professional and private areas of life.
He is also a guest lecturer at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences for Agility and Modern Collaboration and at Leuphana University for Human Resources Management and Organization. Dirk is active throughout Europe and works with companies from various sectors such as electromobility, energy, finance, the chemical industry and software development.

His personal philosophy is based on the conviction that people should be perceived in their entirety, without separating professional and private life. Dirk strives to create work environments that enable people to unite their professional and personal identities. By applying agile methods, he promotes the creation of ways of working that are not only focused on value creation, but also on meaning and appreciation – both in a professional and private context.
