Course Overview
This 5-day ITIL 4 Compact Training is intended for all those with ITIL 4 Foundation certification who wish to delve deeper into ITIL 4 and its practices and to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional status.
The ITIL 4 Compact Training (CDS & DPI) allows you to complete two courses from the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Level including online exams. You will learn all necessary contents and will experience the high level of practical relevance again and again. In this way we guarantee you an optimal transfer of the theoretical contents into your daily work.
Who should attend
You are in possession of the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate and would like to get to know ITIL 4 and its practices in more depth. You are aiming for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Status.

Course Objectives
In 5 days you will work on the contents of ITIL 4 Create Deliver & Support and Direct, Plan & Improve. They cover the principles of the two courses as well as practices and activities. You will be optimally prepared for the two official ITIL 4 exams, which you will take during the training.
The ITIL 4 compact training is officially accredited and meets the requirements of the Official Accreditor of ITIL (AXELOS). This gives you the guarantee that you will be taught all the key contents of ITIL 4.
