Course Overview
Agility requires a different way of looking, how we relate to our users and customers. We want to understand the customer better and understand what they do, think and feel when they are using our product and solutions. We want to get a more intimate understanding of the customer, their environment and their experiences with our products and services. In design thinking we take a different approach to designing our products starting with understanding the market, its segments and the people in these segments. By identifying the challenges they meet, we build the best solutions for them.
